Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day

• on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods, or
• in the case of partial deliveries: on which you or a third party named by you has taken possession of the last item.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, although it is not obligatory.

You can also conveniently declare your withdrawal via our digital withdrawal function (the “Withdraw Contract” button), available throughout the entire withdrawal period on our website. In that case we will confirm receipt of your withdrawal to you without delay (e.g. by email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from the fact that you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if their seal has been removed after delivery. For our products, this applies only to items delivered with a genuine hygiene seal (e.g. certain underwear) where that seal has been broken on return. It does not apply to jewelry.

Optional return label and personal advice

On request, we can provide a return label. We will tell you its cost in advance and, with your agreement, deduct the cost of the used label from your refund. Alternatively, you may arrange and pay for return shipping yourself. For justified claims concerning defective or incorrectly delivered goods, we bear the necessary return shipping costs.
