These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded via our online shop at www.te-sy.com. Contract partner is:
te’sy

Owner: Tessa Poppe
(Customer support exclusively via email)

The contract language is German. Our offers are directed at consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB, but we also offer our products worldwide. Our core market is Germany.
§ 2 Subject Matter of the Contract
The products presented in our online shop are a non-binding product catalog. They do not constitute a legally binding offer but rather an invitation to submit an order.
§ 3 Conclusion of Contract
The customer can select products from our range and place them in the virtual shopping cart without obligation. By clicking the "Place Order" button, the customer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract for the products in the shopping cart.
The confirmation of receipt of the order is sent immediately after placing the order by automated email. With this email, the purchase contract is concluded.
Before submitting the order, the customer can view and correct their entered data at any time. Input errors can be corrected using the usual keyboard functions.
§ 4 Prices and Payment Terms
All prices stated are final prices in Euro and include the applicable statutory VAT plus shipping costs unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are shown separately during the ordering process.
Available payment methods:
- Shopify Payments (including credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.)
- PayPal
- PayPal Express Checkout
- Bank Transfer (Prepayment)
- Klarna (Invoice, Installment Purchase, Sofort Transfer – depending on the customer's country of residence)
When selecting Klarna as the payment service provider, the terms and privacy policy of Klarna apply additionally.
§ 5 Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Consumers are natural persons who enter into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their commercial or independent professional activity.
Information on the right of withdrawal and a model withdrawal form can be found here.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery. This includes used cosmetic products or other items intended for direct application to the body (e.g., lipsticks) once their seal has been opened.
§ 6 Shipping, Processing, and Delivery Time
- Processing time for your order is generally 1–3 business days after receipt of payment.
- Shipping is worldwide from specialized logistics centers. Delivery times vary depending on destination country and warehouse location and are typically:
– within Germany: 3–11 business days
– within Europe: 5–12 business days
– international (e.g., Switzerland, USA, UK): 4–14 business days - Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link.
- Free worldwide shipping on orders over €99. For orders below this amount, the following shipping costs apply:
– within Europe: €3.99
– international (including Switzerland): €4.99 - For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties and taxes may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer. Within the EU, we cover import duties thanks to our IOSS registration. We have no influence on possible customs charges outside the EU. Please check with your local customs office if necessary.
- Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer. If delivery is not possible due to incomplete or incorrect address data, the customer bears the resulting costs.
§ 7 Warranty (Liability for Defects)
For all defects occurring during the statutory warranty period, the statutory provisions shall apply. The warranty period is two years from receipt of the goods.
§ 8 Liability
Customer claims for damages are excluded. Excluded from this are claims for damages arising from injury to life, body, health, or essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) as well as liability for other damages based on intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty by us, our legal representatives, or vicarious agents.
In the case of slightly negligent breaches of cardinal obligations, we are only liable for the foreseeable, contract-typical damage.
§ 9 Retention of Title / Offsetting
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
The customer is only entitled to offset if their counterclaims are legally established, undisputed, or in a reciprocal relationship with our claim.
§ 10 Storage of Contract Text / Data Protection
We store the contract text and the personal data necessary for contract processing. Unauthorized disclosure to third parties does not take place.
Further information on data processing, your rights, and contact details can be found in our Privacy Policy.
After full completion of the contract and expiry of legal retention periods, your data will be deleted.
§ 11 Final Provisions / Online Dispute Resolution
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Sales Convention. For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive the consumer of the protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of the state in which the consumer has their habitual residence.
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which can be accessed at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
