Product Safety & Compliance Information

At te’sy, product safety, regulatory compliance, and responsible sourcing are fundamental principles of our brand.

As the brand owner and importer, te’sy places products on the European Union market under its own trademark. Our products are manufactured according to our specifications, labeled with our brand, and shipped from our logistics facilities in China to customers within the European Union.

In accordance with the EU General Product Safety Regulation (EU) 2023/988 (GPSR), te’sy acts as the responsible economic operator and ensures that all products placed on the EU market comply with applicable safety, labeling, and consumer protection requirements.

As required under Article 16 GPSR, te’sy ensures that a responsible economic operator established in the EU is identifiable for every product placed on the market.

2) Product Compliance & Safety Standards

All products sold under the te’sy brand are:

  • Manufactured according to agreed product specifications
  • Subject to quality control before dispatch
  • Assessed for compliance with applicable EU product safety legislation
  • Labeled in accordance with EU requirements (including traceability data)

Depending on the product category, compliance may include:

te'sy sources its products from established manufacturing partners in China — one of the world's leading production hubs for high-quality textiles and accessories. We stand behind this partnership and consider transparency an integral part of our brand identity.

As importer and brand owner, we:

  • Conduct supplier selection based on quality and compliance standards
  • Require adherence to applicable product safety and chemical regulations
  • Perform product checks prior to market placement
  • Ensure traceability of products via batch or production identification
  • Maintain documentation to demonstrate regulatory compliance

We are committed to responsible supply chain management in accordance with applicable EU regulations and evolving due diligence obligations.

4) Traceability Information

Each product or its packaging includes (where applicable):

  • Brand identification (te’sy)
  • Contact details of the responsible EU economic operator
  • Batch, model, or production identifier where required

This ensures traceability in case of safety-related inquiries or corrective measures.

5) Important Safety Instructions

Our fashion accessories and garments are intended for personal use only and are not toys.

  • Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age due to small parts that may pose a choking hazard.
  • Do not wear jewelry during sports, sleep, or activities involving heavy machinery.
  • Avoid entanglement risks when wearing necklaces, bracelets, or rings.
  • Follow all textile care instructions provided on the garment label.

6) Product Origin

Country of Manufacture: China

Products are manufactured for and owned by te’sy prior to placement on the EU market. All goods are branded, packaged, and distributed under the te’sy trademark.

7) Market Surveillance & Corrective Actions

In accordance with EU product safety law, te’sy:

  • Monitors product safety after market placement
  • Investigates reported safety concerns
  • Cooperates with EU market surveillance authorities
  • Takes corrective actions where necessary, including warnings, recalls, or withdrawal from the market

Customers are encouraged to report any product safety concerns immediately.

8) Disclaimer

te’sy shall not be liable for damages resulting from:

  • Improper use
  • Use contrary to provided safety instructions
  • Unauthorized modifications
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Failure to follow care instructions

Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
