You have 14 days after receiving your package to request a return. To initiate a return, please contact us first at info@te-sy.com. We will provide you with the return address and further instructions. You will receive a response within 24 hours.

The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Proof of purchase is required, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Exchanges

To receive the item you want, please return the original item after contacting us and place a new order separately once the return has been approved.

Refunds

After we have inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or declined. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us again at support@te-sy.com.
