At te'sy, we value fast and smooth shipping so that you can enjoy your new favorite pieces as soon as possible. Here you will find all important information about our shipping times and conditions.
Processing & Delivery Time
Each product generally requires a processing time of 1–3 days before it is shipped.
We ship worldwide and collaborate with specialized logistics centers to provide you with the best styles in high quality globally. Every te'sy piece undergoes a careful quality check before it is dispatched. Due to international processing, delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and warehouse location, ranging between 3 to 14 business days.
As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package at any time.
Shipping Countries & Delivery Times
We process all orders within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, delivery takes approximately:
- Germany: 3–7 business days
- Rest of Europe: 4–10 business days
- UK: 4–11 business days
- Other countries*: 5–12 business days (may vary for some countries)
Please note: Due to high customs duties, we are currently unable to ship to the United States. However, if you are willing to cover the customs fees yourself, we can arrange a shipment. In this case, please contact us in advance at support@te-sy.com.
Shipping Costs
For orders over €99, shipping is free worldwide.
For orders under €99, the following shipping costs apply:
- Europe: €3.99
- International (including Switzerland): €4.99
Customs Information
Depending on the country, customs fees may apply, which we cannot influence. However, we strive to minimize these whenever possible.
