Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day
- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods, or
- in the case of partial deliveries: on which you or a third party named by you has taken possession of the last item.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from the fact that you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal.
For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery.
- Used cosmetic products where the application has been directly on the body (e.g., lipsticks, mascaras, etc.).
